Failed Appointments

If you have requested a GP or another clinician to contact you by phone, please make yourself available to take their telephone call.  The GP or clinician may not always have the time to attempt to contact you on multiple occasions. 

If you have a face to face appointment, please ensure you can attend on time.  If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact our reception in good time to cancel / rearrange. 

Repeated failure to attend appointments may result in a written warning.  If more than 5 minutes late to an appointment, the clinician can request that you rearrange.
