Home Visit Requests

A Home Visit is provided when a patient is too unwell to attend the surgery.

If you require a home visit please ring your branch before 11.00am and ensure you give the receptionist the reason for the request and make sure we have the correct address and contact details.  A doctor may need to ring you back for more information.

You are not able to request a specific doctor for a home visit as they are shared according to the workload that day.

Please note that home visits are very time consuming and in view of the large geographical area the practice covers, a doctor could see up to 6 patients in surgery in the time it takes to complete one home visit.
